Exhibitor Registration for NITOP 2021 is open.  (Deadline: December 11, 2020)

NITOP welcomes exhibitors who are interested in offering information about new books for classroom use and/or demonstrations of educational software, etc. to teachers of psychology in high school through graduate school. The conference is attended by over 400 psychology teachers from throughout the country who wish to explore new ideas that will enhance and broaden their teaching skills.

Fee:  $1250 includes:

  • Registration for two representatives
  • Large covered table with two chairs
  • Wifi internet access
  • Meals with attendees
  • Access to sessions as space allows

FOR EXHIBITORS AND SPONSORS

Optional:  Private demonstrations are also available for a small additional charge of $250.   The sessions are offered in dedicated rooms seating about 50 participants and occur outside normal conference hours.  Private demos will be held the second evening of the conference from 6:00-7:00 p.m. or 7:00-8:00 p.m.  The deadline to sign up is December 11, 2020.  If you have questions about private demos, email coordinator@nitop.org.

SPONSORS

  • Sponsoring a speaker involves paying the speaker’s travel and hotel expenses as well as paying a portion of the audio/visual costs for the speaker.
  • NITOP waives the registration fee for sponsored speakers.
  • NITOP waives the fee for an exhibitor table for sponsors of a speaker. This includes conference registration for two representatives from the sponsoring group as well as all things listed for exhibitors.
  • Sponsors should use the fee waiver code provided by NITOP in your official sponsor letter (coming soon) to register as an exhibitor.   

Note:  Only conference registration is provided by NITOP. The sponsor and speaker should coordinate travel and hotel reservations for those attending.

Dedicated Exhibit Hours for 2021

Sunday, January 3rd: 10:15–10:45 a.m. and 1:45–3:00 p.m.

Monday, January 4th:  3:15–4:30 p.m.

Tuesday, January 5th3:15–4:30 p.m. 

Setup begins as early as 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, January 3rd, and

should be completed no later than 10:15 am when the first opportunity for visitors begins.

Exhibits are tentatively scheduled to be set up in Jacaranda Hall.

Shipments may arrive on Friday, 12/18 or later.

The last opportunity for visits to exhibits is Tuesday, January 5th at 4:30 p.m.

Exhibitors should begin tear down immediately after that.
